1. Install SPARK Program via Mobile Web Broswer at "http://www.astrogenic.com/spark.wml"
2. Start SPARK on your Mobile Phone
3. Under "Links" Add web address "http://wowow.ws" and Connect
4. Answer "YES" to any connection questions
5. WOWOW Map and Lightning Data should appear
